| Reservation changes and cancellations |
- Any reservation must be at least a security deposit of 50% in advance of the total amount of the stay or at least the first night or a credit card authorization.
- All reservations, changes and cancellations must be made preferably by fax, mail or in person.
- If the reservation is canceled in a period of a month (30 days) or more in advance will be refunded 100% of the deposit. Guaranteed.
- In the case of those reservations that are made with more than a month earlier. Not recognize any type of refund for No shows or reservations that are canceled., A week or less days before the date of entry.

| Ways to pay |
- All reservations that are made by travel agents, must be prepaid.
- Do not accept checks from foreign bank accounts.
- After making the payment or deposit in our bank accounts, the receipt of the deposit must be sent via fax to our office in order to have a proof of the payment for both parts.
- If after 8 days of the reservation does not have any guarantee (deposit or prepayment) it will be canceled. Exception will be made if it is a credit Tourist agency that has and can make blocking on it stipulating a period of time greater than indicated.
